lower engine mount filled with lead?

does anyone know about the driver`s side lower engine mount, as i have been told that mine may be causing the loud noise i am getting after 60mph, apparantly the mount is filled with lead? and over time it breaks down causing vibration noise, can someone tell me how to change it please?..

Simple to change,

1 - Jack up and support the car.

2 - Remove the engine undertray (if it's still there).

3 - Take the weight of the gearbox on a jack.

4 - Loosen and remove the bolt that goes from the bracket to the mount and the 3 bolts that secure mount to the chassis.

5 - Lower the gearbox on the jack a little to give clearance to pull the mount out.

6 - Refit is the reverse.

I doubt it's that which is causing the vibration though, more often a wishbone bush.
