The two cars are chalk and cheese. I'm very, very happy with my 407 coupe. Never had a single issue with it. I love the GT, but it just wasn't 'different' enough for me. (Actually wanted a Brera, but couldn't fit the kids in the back)
Brewer is full of cr@p as well. He says "There are cars out there, though. I managed to find a 54-reg HDi with 74,000 miles on the clock for £7,999,"
The 407 coupe didn't come out until late 2005, so he couldn't have found a 54 reg. And the 2.0 hdi engine wasn't fitted until a few months ago.
