Advice Needed - Upper Wishbone and Rear Tie Bar Bushes

Hi Folks,

My 156 has just been in for its test. No surprise that at 106k it needs some bushings. It needs the near side upper wishbone at the front, tie bar to hub bush on both sides and both near side transverse arms. I've done one of the transverse arms on the other side a few years ago and so I'm confident enough with those but I have a few questions about the rest.
Upper wishbone - seen gazza's guide and all looks ok but I'm looking for some advice as to what is the best tool for splitting the ball joint?
Tie bar to hub bush - I haven't jacked it up yet to take a look yet, do these come as part of the tie bar or do they need to be pressed out and replaced? Any tips or tricks to offer?

Thanks in advance,
