OBD faulty O2 sensor & Drive Cycle?

I'm trying to trace a very occasional misfire on my 2.0 JTS. I've bought an OBD Scanner (eBay 30) and the only fault code was P0159, according to the manual, this points to a 'slow O2 sensor (bank 2 sesnsor 2)'. I guess this is the post-cat sensor on the g/box side (the JTS has 2 cats, with a sensor before each cat and a sensor after each cat).

Also, does anybody have details of the 'Drive Cycle' that you have to go through to get all the sensors ready for an I/M check of the OBD?
