5 into 156 doesn't

My 156's legendary handling has become a little compromised of late, and since I've just had 4 new boots I thought I'd better get the alignment checked out. The local KwikFit doesn't do 156's, apparently - "you need someone who can do weighting", whatever that is. A couple of calls later I found myself at somewhere called Pitstop in Warwick. The cost was £50, a bit more than you'd pay at KwikFit, but if it sorted out my steering and preserved my new tyres a little that woould be fine.
Anyhow I've got the car back just now and there is an improvement although I'm still not sure its 100% (it's not far back to the office). I've looked at the printout they gave me, they have corrected the toe on all 4 wheels, but they have done nothing with the camber or caster of any of them - the printout says "the manufacturer does not specify a camber/caster adjustment".
Does that mean it doesn't matter? Even if there aren't Alfa standards, as I understand it the camber and caster need to be the same. Mine aren't, even now. Is this something to complain about? Or just see how the car handles over a couple of days, and complain if I'm not happy?
