Re: Antirollbar bushes
no not really, but i guess if you fit the poly bushes then at least you probably wont need to do it again?? Thats why i went for the poly jobbies.
I would say not to be frightened of it though. Its a bit like most auto engineering. Its all to easy to be put off by the description of work as it list multiple sections of a job, you can be left with the OMG feeling, its really not a complex job at all, its just relatively long winded. The thing that eats up the hours is the fiddly stuff, and undoing extremely tight bolts and the only reason it took me so long to do them is because i was not confident with just how much pressure i was exerting, now i have done it once i would be far more confident and just swing on the buggars until they came out and would probably do it in less than half the time. i have no idea how much a garage would charge or alfa themselves for that matter but find out, if you can't afford it then go for it, its a matter of time, get greasy and go for it. get some good tools, i use Draper Expert and kamasa mainly, snap on is very good but very dear, as long as they are of proffessional nature and not the sort you get in a multi pack from tesco's you will be ok.
I say go for it mate. good luck.
