You shouldn't be getting any significant noise from new pads & discs - maybe for the first few applications until they have settled in.
Squeal should have been taken care of by the pad manufacturers, either in the formulation of the friction material or by palliative measures such as chamfering, shims, rubber paint etc.
The bottom line here could be that you've bought cheap pads...
It's always advisable to buy pads & discs from the same manufacturer, then you know that the friction material & the disc material have been tested together - disc material has a bigger effect on brake performance than is generally recognised.
