Lick faulty MAF sensor ?

I have a 1.9JTD 147 not multijet. The MAF sensor is faulty I think. Does anyone know the correct resistance?
I like mikebrown's quote but does he dream of electric sheep?

Re: faulty MAF sensor ?

The best way to check the MAF is to disconnect it and try the car.
If it is faulty due to having dirt oil etc. burnt on to it, then the resistance could still be ok, but it wouldn't read the airflow correctly.
