Do you mean you want to know the size of the wheels/tyres on the car now? If so you just need to find a code stamped on the side of the tyre that will look something like this: 215/45ZR17 - it should be big and fairly obvious. The first bit is the width of the tyre, in this case 215mm. The second is the aspect ratio between this width and the rim diameter, in this case 45. The Z is the speed rating, the R means radial construction, and finally the 17 is the rim diameter, 17 inches here, which I think is what you're asking for. Standard on a 147 is 15 I think, but I may be wrong.
