I have just heard that Alfa has brought the replacement of the cambelts forward to 46k miles.
Is this correct ?

If it's a 2.0 JTS then it's 36,000 miles or 3 years which never is sooner.

Ignore this at your peril.

A snapped belt lunches the whole engine = £2000.
