Yes, although you have to get the key code from Alfa first (about £11).
The problem is going to be getting the blade cut - you have no template. You shoudl be able to but a set of locks and keys from a scrapper and fit them.
Alfa will tell you that you need new keys but that isn't true. Get the new locks fitted, get the car to the garage (somehow!) and armed with your key code just tell them that the key stopped working with the car and they will code the car to accept your new keys.
I`m not sure if Alfa can get you a new key already cut to the right pattern. I don't know if they hold those sorts of records against your car - maybe someone else who has bought a new key from Alfa can tell you if it came ready cut. If so then you can buy a new key from them and have the car coded to accept it but be prepared for a huge bill - about £140-£180 for each key and about £60-£80 for the coding, plus £11 for the key card.
It's all a bit long-winded and pricey but there is the moral of the tale - always have 2 keys!
