Hmmm Scrape!!!!

It's me again, as you may have gathered by now I'm not too clued up on mechanics! a simple exhaust system baffles me. . . . get it, baffles me . . . sorry!!!
anyway, I have a nasty scraping sound from the front right wheel area that occurs when I brake or travel over bumpy ground like @%^$@& speedbumps , I checked the brake pads and they're fine, I turned the wheels to full lock and looked behind the wheel, on the panel between the inside of the wheel and the engine are scrape marks that I assume are caused by the suspension or wishbone (I think thats what it's called)! I can only assume something has bent, however there are no signs of accident damage on the car.
Please help, Thanx, Steve

Re: Scrape!!!!

Are you sure it isn't the Undertray scraping on the ground?

Re: Scrape!!!!

And I am on sump number 2!
But yes I think it could be the plastic undertray as they tend to get worn and hang down. A simple fix is lots of zip ties but a point will come where they can't stop it hanging. When it gets to that point you will have the option of just removing it and doing without or paying about £60ish for a new one. I think thats the right price, or was it £120? . . .
