Take it back to the garage that did the work and tell them your not happy with it, as you say it is a main dealer, mention that you are on this forum and that if they do not make you happy, then it's off to ARUK with your complaint, if your brakes worked fine before you went in and now they don't and they have been fidling with them, then they have either not done what you have paid them to do or they have damaged something whilst doing it and hoped you wouldn't notice. Brakes should feel firmer after a fluid change and if they have started sqeaking then it could be corrosion on the pad carriers, but at the pedal? That would just be a squirt of WD-40.
