Odd tyre wear patterns
I was giving my car an inspection last night and I noticed that I have a strange wear pattern on my front tyres. They seem to be wearing on both the inside and outside edges, but not in the middle. Also the inside edge of the drivers side tyre is slightly worse than the passenger side. I had new front tyres fitted around 3000 miles ago, but the original moulding line is still present in the middle, I also know that the tyres haven't been swapped front to rear.
I have checked tyre pressures, I normally run ay around 32-33PSI front and rear which is correct according to the manual, and both the top and bottom wishbones were replaced with genuine Alfa items around 15,000 miles ago by the previous owner, and there is no pulling under acceleration of braking, and no noises. I do get some tramlining under certain conditions though. Tyres are Eagle F1 GSD3.
Has anyone any ideas as to what the problem may be?
You will never be cool driving a Vauxhall.
