the 140/150 are 10 valve, the 175 is 20valve.
140/150 tune to 190 with just a remap, over 200 with other inexpensive mods.
The 20valve revs like a petrol, all the way to the red line without slowing, something the 10valves don't do so well at.
All are great fun, tune it and you'll need a limited slip diff, proper suspension, 17" rims with 225 rubber and you (I do anyway) will still get through front tyres like they're going out of fashoin!
I thought the 1.9 was 140bhp on the multijet?
the 2.4 by the time the 1.9 was released became 20valve and 175bhp.
