Well I'm still none the wiser! Cleaned my EGR which was definately seized and found the MAP sensor was very very dirty so cleaned it with methylated spirits, did an ECU reset and thought I'd cured everything. After about an hours driving same problems have returned. Tried to disconnect MAF but will have to remove the battery to get to the connector! HELP!!!!
