Hi All,

I've just recently managed to get my radio code unblocked, buy had to replace a 10Amp fuse in fusebox to get it on. Subsequently the fuse keeps blowing out after a few days. Noticed the reverse lights also work on the same fuse.

Any idea what could be the cause. Its obviuos theres a short circuit somewhere. Just need to know if someone had a similar problem, and can share where to start looking.

Yes reverse lights work when fuse is replaced. Have never removed battery tray.

Read somewhere (can't remember exactly where) that the wiring could be scarved through where the wiring harness(loom) enters through the boot????

Could that be pehaps where the short is????

Could be......try disconnecting the wiring to the reverse switch, and see if the problem is cured? If so, then you know the problem is in the reverse light circuitry.......
