2004 GT airbag light

Got the airbag light on at the mo. It comes and goes but this time it seems more persistant. I've done the under front seat stuff, cleaned etc.
Are there connectors in the rear luggage area, same as on my 156? I've had the lining out around the filler cap but can't find the yellow wires. I've searched the forum but it seems to be mostly 156 stuff.
Thanks in advance.

I can't really offer very much help - except to say when I searched for the elusive connectors in my boot I never found them despite removing every piece of trim in there - I don't think there are any rear ones on the GT.

Have you checked under both front seats? Mine has red-lighted three times now and it was always the passenger seat that was the issue. A simple unplug and then re-plug does the trick (although others recommend soldering wires or holding the plug closed with cable ties as a bit more insurance). But do make sure the cable and connector is properly fixed on its mounting bracket under the seat to reduce excess movement.

I agree, on the GT in 99% of cases the issue is under the passenger seat.
Have you tried reading the error code?
