Some water, leakage, wet around air intake area

I have noticed few times something wet around air intake area, on the hose where maf sensor is and before throttle body. Every time before it was very small wet area, but recently my brother told me he saw oil in pavement right below the place where i see leakage, and yesterday my car was in garage so there is no way water got inside (it's rainy here) and when i tried to see what it is, it looks like it's water, but it's just a little bit like oily, it sure doesn't look so greasy and dark as an oil from engine or brakes, it's like transparent, it doesn't leave any darks on paper, it's a bit yellow like dirty water and it sure doesn't smell like anything. What it could be? I also noticed my battery looks wet below fuse area, but nothing much, more like moist.

Is your battery OK? Wondering if it has expelled electrolyte out its breather tube.

I don't think it could be battery, i never had a problem for 6 months how much i have car with a battery, the standing voltage is 12.3v measured and when car is turned on 14.1v so that seems it is ok. If its battery leakage i don't think it should survive that much, specially when i don't drive a car for 5 days and it starts fine on a cold weather now.

Is there anything, any liquid that goes through, near or in throttle body?

I couldn't look below the car or take a picture of my car because it's rainy here. But i noticed one of the tubes is not looking so good, it looks like there is leakage in the tube, and that tube looks like it's coolant tube.
Take a look at the picture.

Is it possible that leakage comes from there. I don't have any problems with car cooling it stays on 90 degrees even fully loaded on uphill on hot weather (my previous diesels wouldn't survive that)

My car was in garage for a few days so it can't be that everything else is dry and only this area wet from some puddle or something. The few times before when i noticed a wet around there, it was hot warm and dry for days.

I'd taste it;
coolant is sweet,
windscreen wash is soapy and bitter,
oil and power-steering fluid are utterly minging,
diesel tastes like it smells so best smell it first,
water from rain or battery will be far from thirst quenching but identifiable as water.

Wish i could have made the list above rhyme.

I saw that opportunity too!

It's reminiscent of Dorothy Parker: "...Acids stain you / Drugs cause cramp"

I think it's definitely from coolant hose, from lower intercooler hose, yesterday was a good weather and i managed to take a pic when it's dry. I also noticed that in coolant container, my coolant liquid is drastically low.
