Re: Any recommendations?
A word of warning for the Nationwide Autocentre, Bridgend, South Wales:
Trying to diagnose problems on my JTD my local indie suggested it could be the MAF. Took it out and the grating was covered in fluff, feathers and leaves - how did these get through the air filter?
The car was recently serviced by the local Nationwide Autocentre, I went to them because they were cheap 'n' cheerful. The filter looked like it had been screwed up and shoved in the air box, it was the poorest quality filter I've seen and it was so crumpled I wondered if it was the right filter for my car. The oil filter looks like they haven't touched it and I'm doubting very much the pollen filters have been done. They couldn't reset the service warning light after going back 3 times so it's sat there on 0 miles to service.
They were cheap but I'm never taking the car there again, or girlie's Polo.
