JTD 20 Valve Aux belt tensioning procedure.

Would someone let me know what the correct procedure is? So far I have got the old belt off by just pulling down on the sprung tensioner, without touching the second, eccentrically adjusted tensioner. I don't see alignment marks on the sprung tensioner and it does not have the alignment holes which I think the 10 valve uses; so how do you set the tension correctly?

I've just had another session on this and have found a hole in the arm of the tensioner; also that the 10 and 20 valve share the same tensioner, so I'm assuming that's the alignment hole.
