I suppose I have ordered about 10 seperate items from Mangoletsi over the years. All have arrived promptly and in good order...and been the right parts.
I don't agree about the customer service being bad either. I once rang to order a clutch master cylinder for my 164 24valve. I would have quite happily paid for it, but the guy on the other end said 'Are you sure? we have only ever had one fail, so I think you may be barking up the wrong tree' He then took me through diagnosis of whether it was the clutch damper or the slave cylinder that was faulty, and said to come back to him with my findings. Well it was the slave seized (not leaking which was what sent me off the wrong way)
His questioning my order and helping me saved me about £150, so no complaints about them from me. They are the most knowledgeable Alfa parts people in the UK, and I don't see the point of dissing them when its the post office that have failed. Also if you have ever worked in a busy parts dept, you rarely get the chance to ring people back, desirable though it may be in an ideal world. If Mangos say they have been posted then they have, I'm not sure what more they can do until a reasonable delivery time has passed.
AlfaLincs (probably in a minority, but what the heck)
