head refurb

Does this sound a good price for a refurb of 2 x 3.0 heads

All is included besides valve and tappet if needed to be renewed and for both heads the total cost is 200
I may be out of touch but sounded ok to me

WE ARRANGE COLLECTION OF YOUR CYLINDER HEAD'S
ON RECIEPT OF THE CYLINDER HEAD WE WILL
HOT CHEMICAL WASH / DE-GREASED.
CRACK TESTED / PRESSURE TESTED TO 90 PSI.
VALVE GUIDES TESTED AND REPLACED AS NEEDED.
VALVES CLEANED POLISHED & RECUT.
REMOVAL OF ANY BROKEN STUDS & HELICOILS.
DE-CARBONISED RE-SURFACED AND POLISHED.
VALVE SEATS CHECKED AND RE-SURFACED.
VALVES GROUND TO SEATS TO FORM SEAL AND VACUUM TESTED.
HEAD FACE RE-SURFACED TO THE LEAST AMOUNT NEEDED
ASSEMBLED WITH ULTRASONIC CLEANED PARTS
BRAND NEW VALVE STEM OIL SEALS FITTED
DELIVERED TO YOUR ADDRESS WITH OUR COURIER (UPS)

All spares parts for 156 and 147 being sold that i will not be using (cheap) nothing too small ask what you want , willing to post world wide Phone 07922123242 Ask for Neil and say Mark said to phone .

Doesnt sound too bad to me at all. So im guessing its 200 even if all the valve guides need to be replaced and all helicoils need to be recut. I've never had to go down this route but I think I'd part with 200 for 2 x head refurbs!!

Yeah i think i will do it when i start my new engine rebuild project early next year

Sound cheap. Why not spread your risk and have one worked over first?

Very much what I would call a head service rather than overhaul or rebuild. I can see two possible negative outcomes as risks, one is the workshop tells you the scope of repairs needed exceeds their allowance in quoting and thus you can either pay more or collect the bits, else they scare up or salvage used parts to replace your more used parts, such that the warranty period is safe.
