morning ladies and gentlemen, mr diy here thinks me might have had a freddy kruger put a new radiator on filled up with antifreeze no leaks over the moon then finds a part which not sure about google it and find out its a baffle tin radiator a piece of plastic 2 sides and a bottom or top. can someone please tell me how it goes on and that i dont have to drain all my new antifreeze and take it all off. thanks

To be honest I'm not sure if anyone understood your post. Are you saying you have "extra" pieces left over and you don't remember where you removed them from ?
If its looks like the radiator but smaller the chances are its the Rad for the aircon. It should live between the coolant Rad and bumper.

hi mate thanks for reply if you google part no 60616460 baffle tin coolant you get a picture, i honestly dont remember removing it lol but i must have.

That sits in front of the rads to guide airflow.
Not normally removed from the car to change the rad.

Is the AC rad still there....?

thanx for reply i put new rad on and fitted condenser to rad so that would sit in front of condenser then is that right
