if you mean the immobiliser code, the only one who can supply that is your dealer/alfa romeo, after supplying proof of ownership....

Tks. I know this option. I am from Bulgaria. Here they want to charge me with about 100 Euro for this service and to wait too long

it's still the only option, or you have to exchange the set of bodycomputer + ecu

You don't get the pin code even when you buy the car new ... for obvious security reasons.

Why do you need it?

We need it for the emergency start procedure but we don't get it without asking (and paying!) .. we don't have a key to disable the alarm either that they get in some countries. It's for insurance reasons.

Is car theft low in The Netherlands?

depends on the type, some cars are very popular for stealing.... Alfa is not one of them

top 5 brands (some individual models are more popular) :
Volkswagen 1 in 666
BMW 1 in 720
Audi 1 in 652
Opel 1 in 2949
Renault 1 in 2562
.......
Alfa 1 in 3736

Very entertaining list there! Do many of them go East?

What is the public price of the code card 71751387 in the Netherlands? Surely not €100?

I think a lot of cars simply get stripped for parts.....

re price of code, I'm not sure. Never needed one myself (carefull with my original ), though have read about other people here, can't remember what they payed though.
Often if you know who the original dealer was, you can get it from them as they often keep an administration (after proof of ownership of course), though the dealer admin is not a requirement. More a service to customers, in case of loss.
As said, here you get the code/card as part of the package with a new car.

Emergency start the engine, to program and erase keys, to set some functions of body, to adjust alarm

It is not a code of any use, it is statistics of stolen Alfa Romeo in the Netherlands.
