Zender Kit 156?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has a zender kit kicking around gathering dust? The sills on my car are bad, and seems like a good option to swap.

When you say sills... Do you mean the metal outer sills, part of the vehicle structure? Or the plastic sideskirts (like the Veloce/Sportpack ones)?

There was me thinking your car was a Lusso without any sideskirts and you were just going to put some on to cover up rusty holey sills!

You don't have any sideskirts in that photo, thats the outer sills you can see in the pic.

oh no : ( It's naked. Is it possible to find zender kits floating around? Or is there a better option ? I guess getting them painted up to match is the expensive part

When you say "they are bad" - are they rusty, or is the paint just crap?

If they are rusty - it is structural and you need to get the mig out. Could be expensive.

If they just look carp, then make sure they don't go rusty, and then wallop some standard veloce skirts on. Or Zender, but you can probably get standard items in the right colour for a few quid.

What I am doing on the project car is getting the MIG out, fixing the metal, rust proofing it, then walloping a set of Veloce skirts off the parts car onto it. It means I don't need to spray the sills, and any imperfections in the welding will be hidden.

I have some standard Veloce sideskirts but no Zender ones in decent condition. What's your paint code?

The condition of them actually seems OK, it's just there s a couple of dings on them. Which skirts could cover up.. Sounds like a bit of a job on your hands there RXE. My paint code is Cosmos Blue 428/B. I imagine it'll look nice after a wax in the sun. Any good Dan? Did the veloce have different front / rear bumpers or anything else that might leave mine looking a bit wierd? or was that it ?
