Help ID Dipstick part

Hey all,

Over a load of weekends I've been tipping away at de-swirl flapping my inlet manifold.

It's all going back together now but I found a part which I can't remember where I detached it from.

I have it marked as related to where the dipstick is usually bolted to the fuel pump assembly behind the manifold.

There's no obvious place for the two holes to line up though. Just single place for dipstick to bolt to the alloy assembly.

Any ideas what it is? It has the word "alto" on one end of it btw. Can't find anything on EPER or eLearn to ID it.

Pics attached.
