are all made by valeo clutches/flywheels the same

my cars coming up to 80,000 miles on its first clutch/flywheel.
I was considering buying a kit as and when I see the occasional bargain and keeping it until the inevitable happens. My question is are all clutches/flywheelsmade by valeo the same. I've seen some kits for 300.
Worth it or not?

If yours is a jtdm I have a 170 clutch and DMF with less than 20k on them.

Taken off my GT when I put the GTA clutch and smf on....

Yours for 100 plus postage...should get a lot of mileage out of it and strong enough for any re-map on a standard turbo..

PM me if you are interested.

Cheers

Valeo used to offer a rebuilt line of clutch kits, you would find them in Motaquip boxes among others. The giveaway was a sandblasted finish to the covers. Discs seemed to always be new, though.

If you nosed around there may be such things for sub 50 as part of old stock liquidations. I would not recommend buying a particularly old (stock) slave cylinder though, in case the seals are aged.

Hi

Valeo do make different strength of clutches example i got a stage 2 kevlar race clutch made by Valeo .
As for prices if its valeo and for your car go for the cheapest some sellers do charge a lot for some unknown reason.
The 1 you listed is fine and if you found another that looked like the same and it was 50 cheaper it would be the same just cheaper . i hope thats what you meant

But if you see a clutch and its silly cheap being sold by a seller called zizolove or picklovegood or something or similar then i would stay away as could be a chinese copy , not that it happens much with alfa clutches and not all Chinese items are bad its just better to be safe then sorry

All spares parts for 156 and 147 being sold that i will not be using (cheap) nothing too small ask what you want , willing to post world wide Phone 07922123242 Ask for Neil and say Mark said to phone .

Download link for Alfa 156's http://www.filedropper.com/alfaelearn
