Alfa 147 springs?

Hello guys. I'm new in this site. My name is Ogulcan Yucel, 22 years old, dentistry student. I'm happy to join alfaowner.com My car is 147(1,6 ts eco). I have 17'' wheels with original springs. In our country ony selling vogtland 30mm , h&r 35mm, eibach 50mm. Everybody says vogtland is too hard. Eibach too increased my car. What about you h&r springs? Is h&r works properly with own shocks? H&r springs how much increased my car in real life? Please help me. I know this has written previosly but my english is't enough to undersdant all forums. Thanks
