Before buying any new spares you might want to check the inlet pipes, the clamps, the air filter and that air filter box is air-tight. MAF problems are also known to occur because of some kind of aftermarked “performance” air filter. If a loose air filter box causes sufficient vibrations the MAF might also break.
Check the MAF for contamination from oil in case e.g. the oil separator valve, which is located "at the end" of the pipe between the inlet manifold and the crankcase, is broken. Contamination from oil can also break the MAF.
