leather specialist?

My leather front seats are coming apart in certain places, especially the base. The bolster has also come apart in the past and has been repaired quite badly, also my steering wheel as well could do with re-covering as I have a new leather gear knob coming which will probably make it look even worse

Does anyone know anywhere where I could just drop the car off for however long they need for them to do both rather than sending the wheel off?

Or alternatively, any places to recommend for the work weather they do both or not?

I'll be changing my whole interior to a black line edition including the steering wheel so ill have my old set ready available if you are intersted. Its has done approx 52k, black leather and no rips.

Thanks dtone.

To be fair apart from the drivers bolster its pretty good and only needs stitching, but if I was going to change then it would be for the blackine/clover as you are or the red leather.

Please send me some pics of your steering wheel though if you get chance as if it's a lot better than mine then I genuinely would be interested.

Does anyone know if the wiring is there for the heated front seats on cars that didn't come with them and if so can you easily retro fit them?

There is two small dot like marking on the side of the steering wheel near the audio controller. I've never notice until I took the photos today.

Thanks Tony, it looks in better nick then mine, less marks for a start!

Just needs some new buttons which they all seem to by the looks of it. How much would you want for it?

Actually maybe you can help me. Somewhere I read on a thread that you have change your exhaust system. You wouldn't have the original back box assuming its in a good condition and no holes that you are aware of. If you do would you like to swap like for like?

I asked around the local Vw club as they are mad for re-trims

!.

Sorry Tony I haven't got it as I've changed the exhaust twice in the last year. I really wish I had kept the original system as it was not bad and only leaking from the center section. But hey ho we live and learn..
