Power Loss - Poss TPS?

Yesterday driving along I repeatedly had a fault where the revs would drop like I had completely taken my foot off the throttle. The Car didn't stall. If I pulled over it sits happily at idle and then will drive off again like nothing has happened. If I gave the throttle pedal a couple of stamps to the floor it fixed itself. Only to happen again after a while. Must have happened around 8 times on a 10 mile journey. Only had a fault sat at speed, never whilst accelerating.
So I'm thinking the ECU is losing throttle signal. Does the 147 JTD have a TPS? Where is it located?

Or does anyone have a different idea of what may be happening?

It's an electronic throttle, so no cable running into the engine bay to actuate a butterfly valve at all.

You could pick up a cheap Bluetooth EOBD reader from eBay/Amazon, then use a smartphone app like Torque to pick up the throttle position signal from the pedal that the ECU sees.. Should give you an indication of whether that's acting up or not!
