156 25 v6 Master Cylinder
I have read a while heap of threads regarding the difficulty of the replacement of this part. The one whereby the internals were replaced without removing the actual cylinder sounds more doable, one just has to be sure to buy the correct part for the internals to match.
We have replaced my slave culinder, but the pedal is still sticky and lumpy when I press it, upon depressing its the same. It never gets stuck at the bottom though which leads me to believe the internals are done for.
What I do is spray some WD40 on the spring and the shaft going into the cylinder and this helps for about a week. Should I attempt to replace the internals or just grease or spray up the shaft forever?
