Might be a 'dry joint' that would respond to soldering iron but if not try Chris. He's your key fob man.

Re: Broken Fob

Mines a 2 button black key and have obtained micro-switches from Farnell (pt.no.KSR251G LFS)@33p. ea.
Would think yours are the same switches, but check.
Hope this helps, Ewan

Re: Broken Fob

Hi Ewan - do you have any contact details for Farnell? My switches have broken on my fobs - no alarm & remote opening / closing.

cheers
Julian.

Re: Broken Fob

Minimum Farnell payment is £20 + vat + post, but take a look at my ebay link if you like. I will sell the switches separately but offer a repair service too
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=220104767352

PS. the red key switches are not the same as the black key.

Re: Broken Fob

If minimum order is over £20 you might as well give chris your business.

Re: Broken Fob

Cheers, I believe it is a minimum order of £20, if so, I could order some bits for work too, but wondered if anyone has some for sale to save me some hassle!!
