Crazed weird CL

hi guys had a weird moment today plipped the key and locked my car, then forgot to get something out so plipped again to unlock, opened front passenger door got what i forgot, shut door and plipped to lock......it made all the right noise but the central locking didnt work, the alarm activated same as always? After a few more plipps of it not working, started opening and shutting doors and boot, eventually after 10 minutes of looking like a right nutter shut doors 1 by 1 and locked them manually then plipped it and it worked? Then i plipped to unlock and opened the front passenger door shut it and it did the same thing again!!!!LOL it only does it if the front passenger door is opened and shut 1st any other doors are fine just wondered if anyone else has a bella that likes to make them look like a prat opening and shutting doors!!!!

Re: weird CL

Can't help with an answer but had a similar weird experience with my 147 in Tesco's carpark last week This time it was the alarm going off after opening the boot! Got out of the car, set the CL & alarm, did the shopping, blipped the doors unlocked and then blipped the control for the bootlid. All OK until I lifted it. Almost dropped my..errr...shoping all over the car park.

After frantically blipping, opening and closing doors and blipping it again it all went quiet again - until my wife opened the passenger door and the oh so funny ( ) merry dance started all over again

Many blips and door fanning later it all calmed down and has behaved ever since. I blame Italian gremlins in the electronics
