Ooh, no. The headlights are not good. It does look a little like an inflated Ford Ka(k) but I`ll reserve judgement until I see it from the back.

If I remember rightly this Photoshop has been around for several months and well before Alfa Romeo was even getting to finalising the design.
If you want to see how peoples ideas of the 149(was supposedly going to be the 148) have progressed then trawl through this thread
