dpf filter??

Just a quick one!

I am getting my 1.9jtdm 16v remapped and the egr blocked and deleted off ecu

The company that are doing it asked if i have a dpf filter??

Its on a 2006

No DPF on the 156.

its being done by ecu techtune.......not sure why they need to know??

If they don't know, you might ask yourself if they really know what they are doing???

Suppose you have a point?? Was gonna use them as they are mobile and it seemed cheap for the remap at £195

Be careful of cheap remaps...Gus at Alfa Tune did mine, highly recommend him.

hope you got pride in your car like we all have ............. but for them to ask you that question to me means they aint got a clue what they are working on

steer clear at all costs im sure jjb motors is up your way and im sure they will cater for your needs and would never ask you ,but tell you what ya cars got .........

I think after reading all the comments i am not going to bother with this company! I'll check out alfatune and also jjb motors!!
