Hi I agree with Keithboy, but try to get it sorted because once the laquer has been damaged or "broken" the colour basecoat layer will be open to the elements and will over time begin to absorb dampness which will cause further problems. I have done quite a number of complete panel resprays for customers resulting from stonechips including my own car!
Ouch thanks guys i'l try and get it to the dealers asap and see what I can get done.
It's right plum in the middle of the bonnet so it's the first thing I notice when I look at the car. The bumper has a few chips and laminating but can't be seen as clearly as the bonnet.

If I were you I would look around for an independent bodyshop and get an estimate. The main stealer would probably send it to the same place unless they have their own shop, then charge you extra for the trouble!
