i recently bought first car which is the alfa romeo 147 2.0 selespeed....so i need some tips about those 2 issues:
1st how to clean the plastic inside of the car? should i use only water or there are special things to use?...plus there is the rear thing you use for opening the windows, it's surrounded by plastic and it's sticky, they told me that it cant be cleaned so any ideas if there's some kind of detergent or something that can get it fixed?

2nd my front wiper suddenly stops sometimes and it wont work again until i turn off the car and then turn it on....or when i turn on the rear wiper it will work again....so anyone knows why?....

thanks.

Hi. Welcome to the club.

I too have a 147, and find baby wipes very good for cleaning most things. They are soft, and have a mild detergent in them. Give that a go first. If not then maybe something Like meguiars dash cleaner.

As for the wiper. Sounds like a loose connection, or maybe the stalk needs some attention. Have a look using the search option on the menu bar at the top. You might find something there.

welcome to the forum.
your car must be very unique and rare out there!
+1 baby wipes. I have used them in the past - any supermarket budget ones will do - like the ones you get in the loo on the plane.
if you have leather you dont want to be using any kitchen/bathroom bleach/detergent! but I have in an old car, as it smelt like something had died in it...

hey man, hope alfa is treating you well :)
where are you fixing it? and is it the one that was put at hady's garage?
if yes then you got really lucky cause its got a very clean engine.
as for the sticky parts, had them too, removed them with some alcohol, worked just fine. and the dashboard, well many places have a special spray (spoiler center, St elie) that works like magic.
all 147 owners (or even all alfa owners) we know should meet someday. i know quite a few myself :)
cheers
