Well head has now been done but it really struggles to start. Did another compression test and the readings are were approximatley 100 - 80 - 80 - 125 (PSI I presume). It idles lumpy and there is a flat spot at 3000 rpm, then flys above it. Feeling really cheesed of and down, the car is really difficult to start although will bump or tow start.
make sure you have full throttle open when doing a comp test!, sounds like it could be a timing issue just out, check with cam locks and dial test indicator.
