1,6 105bhp has unique, 4-1 manifold with single precat and single lambda.

1,6 120bhp and 2,0 150bhp share the same 4-2-1 manifold with dual precats and lambdas.

Wish they did one for my 156. That is a goooood price! And looks well made too.

Where is your manifold cracked? Is it just the manifold before the cats? the 4 pipes joinign into 2? Or the downpipe with cats? Cant it be welded? Or isnt it just blown gasket? I had the same problem in the past.

In case its the downpipe, here you have a new one:

TS 16v downpipe for Alfa Romeo 147 parts and spares

I have a complete exhuast from my 147 for sale, but I guess shipping it from Slovakia to you would cost more than its value :)

No its the manifold it self going straight from the engine cracked on 3-4 cylinder, beyond repair craks are real big!!

Have a new problem now, just started today, super!!!!!!! My clutch pedal doesent release full travel, goes back and then last inch gets stuck and then pops back!clutch works perfect its just the pedal not going back full travel! It has good bit of free play before it actuali starts working.Any ideas?
