The front bush on the rear trailing arm isn't oil filled is it??

Didn't think it was but I seem to have oil on the bottom of that end of the arm on the passenger side and I can't figure out where it's come from. No sign of anything in the recess above the bush. I'm puzzled.

Also developed a chirp/squeak over the occasional pot hole yesterday. SWMBO thought it was coming from under the passenger seat, but the trailing arm isn't that far away, so I'm wondering if it could be related.

Well cleaned the bottom of the bush before work today - got home tonight and three drops of something hanging there - quite "thin" today not cold engine oil consistency (possibly because it's fresh). Top of bush housing is clean and dry, recess behind the bush is damp - but that's probably the "oil" being blown backwards (it's beginning to stain the arm back from the bush as well) . Not other signs of anything leaking.

Doesn't smell - so not petrol - and it's the passenger side - no petrol pipes nearby. Brake pipes don't run anywhere near either.

If it's not the bush what on earth is it?

Well just downloaded eLearn and whilst browsing around I found this in the rear suspension section:

A progressive hydraulic bush has been fitted to the front attachment of the longitudinal rod. This improves suspension comfort.
Sounds like it is an oil filled bush to me.
