Hi there, my car has developed an issue when starting from cold. It will turn over and over without firing up. Sometimes after two or three attempts it will spring into life, often it will start after being left for an hour or so, and on a couple of occassions I have had to bump start it, which I don't like doing, but it seems to be okay afterwards.
No warning lights are coming on, and more often than not, it will just start on the first turn of the key. Very frustrating.
Its an 03 147 JTD 8 Valve with 113k on the clock.
I have recently put some STP in the tank, but wouldn't have thought that would be a problem, and it was circa 1000 miles ago anyway.
Recently serviced, but only oil and filters.
Any ideas?
