As above, would anyone have any idea where I can get some Dot 5 Brake Fluid from? Halfrauds don't appear to have any and not having much look with finding anywhere else that could?

Thanks in advance

DOT 5 is not suitable for your car.

Use a good DOT 4, preferably one with a high dry boiling point such as ATE Superblue Racing and change it every 2 years.

You could use a DOT 5.1 if you wanted to but I reckon you'd be better off with a high spec DOT 4. Do not use DOT 5.

Dunno to be honest, i've never seen any DOT 5.

I think it needs rather more than flushing if you want to change fluids!

As an aside, DOT4 etc absorb water which is why classic car types etc who don't want to change the fluid every few years and tend to store their cars for long periods use DOT5. However water still gets into the system but because the fluid doesn't absorb it the water collects in the lowest point in the system and still causes corrosion. Can't really see the point of it TBH!
