30mins per corner doesnt seem bad to me. Especially if 1 person is working on it. 2-3mins to undo bolts. 15 mins to remove rusted bolts and remove pads from calipers and disc from hub, that are covered in crap, 10mins to refit pads into calipers and put disc on, 2-3 mins to put wheel back on tight.
u usually get pinged on labour as shops have trade pricing and expect to make a few bob on the parts...
2hr max is reasonable since you supplied the parts i would think, assuming they take their time and do things such as lube the pads and wire brush the hub after disc removal, torque to correct values on the caliper bolts and wheel nuts etc.. basically do a good slow job rather than rushed one..
Don't forget the rears need to be wound back in and that can take time even with the correct tools!
