2.4JTD 10v Exhaust Manifold

The exhaust manifold on my car is VERY rusty, in thats there's no visible clean metal left. I'm also noticing a distinct smell of raw exhaust fumes on cold start, not to mention that the engine seems much noisier than normal. So I think I need to get this replaced asap.

Any ideas of the cost in both parts and number of hours labour? I'm guessing LOTS of labour as the studs are bound to break.
