Alfa GT 3.2 V6 vibration

Picked up my Alfa GT 3.2 V6 on tuesday. 5hr train journey to get it then 4 1/2 hours drive back. Looks gorgeous, 18" alloys, red leather, fully loaded. The suspension is very firm as expected but noticed that between 50-60 mph the car vibrates to an extent were i cant hear the radio. Booked it in at Alfa dealer today but they say they cant fault it.
The tyres are just legal and was wondering if it was a balancing/tracking issue. As anyone had the same problems? Can you give me any advice?
Thanks
Bat

Sounds like balancing to be honest. Get that checked first. Good purchase.

sounds like an 'obvious' issue, yet the dealer can't replicate it?!

hopefully a wheel alignment/balance does the trick, but i guess it could be:
*buckled/damaged wheel
*tyre flat spot/damaged
*worn damper
*worn bushing(s) or steering rod(s)
*damaged/bent suspension

i figure the vibration is through the steering wheel/suspension? and not a vibrating 'noise' like the interior trim?

Thanks for your help
It seems to be the rest of the car rather than the steering wheel. Could it be the rear tyres? I think the tyres have been swapped around from front to back to even the wear.
Cheers

Thanks for the info.
Will buy new tyres first as they're just legal and i'll get the tracking done.
Can u Let me know what the problem is with yours (ie flywheel, gearbox or clutch) as i've got a 1 year warranty with the car so it should be covered.
Thanks
