Help Help

My windscreen wipers are not working correctly, when i put them to the first position to wipe normal nothing happens, they only work if i put them to the second speed position but then when i switch them of they will not park in the correct position, I have to use the intermittent wipe to park them manually.

Hammo.

You need to replace the motor assembly.... People usually sell them as complete units complete with the linkage.

Replacing them is pretty easy - 3 nuts IIRC under the scuttle panel

Nice one thought it would be the motor.

Yeah... I thought it'd be the control board attached to it, but I took one apart a few weeks ago and tested every component on it, without finding one faulty one.

It might be the contacts that go from the gears to the control board...a clean anda bend in the right direction could be something to try...
