Rear Cigar Lighter

How do you replace the bulb in the rear cigar lighter holder. Someone kicked it when getting out of the car and the light went out.

if it's something like the front one then you simply take the ashtray out and there is bulb attached to it.

open tha ash tray - remove inside - remove bulb.

I wish it was that easy, the rear cigar lighter is position below the rear passsanger controlled air vents. Which is part of the central arm rest moulding.So you can see I need some one with a 166 not a 156 to help me. But thanks for the only response so far.
