I can't seem to access the alfa approved used list is it offline or my computer ?

Nope, very poorly here to. Has been all day, either that or it's a unique way of saying there's no 156's in the country for less than £7k :-(

Actually, as Software Enginerr who writes stuff like that for a living I'd say someone needs to be shot cos basically somethings borked horribly, either that or some MS SQL Server's died somewhere.

No it's not!! The link opens fines, but then when I try a search, it says:
